Each session begins with a brief conversation to understand what you’d like to work on. This may be a specific concern, a recurring pattern, or a general sense that something feels off. There’s no need to censor or polish your thoughts as clarity often emerges as we go.
That said, this is not talk therapy. We don’t need to analyze or relive experiences in order for the work to be effective. The conversation simply helps orient the session and establish focus.
From there, we take a moment to settle and set intention. A Bio-Well scan is used to assess energetic and stress patterns within your system, providing a clear snapshot of where support is most needed.
The session then unfolds in a focused, responsive way. Working directly with the body’s energetic and subconscious responses, we address imbalances as they present themselves. The work follows your system’s priorities rather than a preset agenda, allowing for precision rather than force.
Throughout the session, notes are taken on key findings and energetic shifts. When helpful, you’ll receive brief explanations or insights to support understanding and integration. You’re welcome to ask questions at any point. The experience can be as interactive or as quiet as you prefer.

After the session, you’ll receive an emailed summary of your Bio-Well scan along with an overview of the energetic work completed. Additional resources may be provided to support integration, and you’re encouraged to reach out with questions as the process continues.
