Sessions are done seated upright in a chair. The work is hands-off, non-invasive and painless. I guide the session, identifying and releasing trapped energies. You can sit back and relax. Questions during the session are always welcome. There’s no need to relive past experiences or “dig” emotionally. Many clients notice a shift immediately, often in focus, clarity, or emotional ease. For lasting effects, results continue to compound over days and weeks following a session. Allow 1-3 days for your body to fully process the energy shifts.

The length of time varies depending on your goals and where your energy is currently held. The monthly retainer is designed for high performers who value consistency and results. Energy alignment is cumulative. Regular sessions allow us to address patterns as they arise, prevent blocks from returning, and create lasting transformation. It’s a way to ensure your energy, focus, and performance stay at their highest level without interruption. That said, my goal isn’t ongoing dependency. It’s alignment you can carry forward. Once you’re in flow, some clients choose to check in with occasional Recalibration sessions, keeping their energy sharp and fully aligned.
